Wee! WWE Blog

Okay, so Raw looks decent tomorrow. Actually, it does not look great, but does not look terrible. I’m looking forward to Umaga/Triple H, but am almost sure something stupid will happen that will screw Triple H over, gain Umaga the win, and continue to build for the dominating DX over McMahons at SummerSlam. This is too predictable, but alas, this is what the fans want, and the WWE knows this.

They need to do something worthwhile between John Cena and Edge… I’m slowly starting to forget about the heat between these two rivals, which is going to make me not care too much for their big match at SummerSlam. BTW, Kudos for that stipulation to the WWE, I love it! That match is definately up in the air, though I’m rooting for Edge to win. He needs to hold on to that belt for a while, so as to avoid continuing to be considered a “transitional champion.”

Okay, I started to watch the WWE Fanatic Series episode about the greatest managers, and I have to say, Armando Alejandro Estrada…is amazing. He completely brings old school manager flair and charisma but still remains entertaining to today’s “modern” fan. It’s awesome! He’s hilarious as hell, and damn “good on the mic.” I definately see him right there next to Bobby “The Brain” Heenen in going to be greatest managers of all time. At least I imagine so. He definately is one of the main reasons for why I like Umaga.

Orton Knows Best last week on Raw was alright. It at least did a good job of making Randy Orton even more dislikable and disrespectful to Hogan, thus building for THEIR matchup…which I hope will still happen. If there is one match I’m looking forward to the most at SummerSlam, it definately will be Hogan/Orton. It’ll be so disappointing if it had to get cancelled because of Hogan’s knee injury, not to mention the sad fact of how it occured: According to WWE.com, Hogan injuryed it when he stood up from his new couches. I look forward to seeing THAT incident on Hogan Knows Best this fall. I really hope this is nothing but a “work,” but it completely seems as if it isn’t. Booo…

The Diva Search Competition will be halfway over after tomorrow night. Hooray! Incidentally, everyone on the internet seems to hate it, the crowd reactions on TV seem to suck, but when I was at SmackDown two weeks ago it got the biggest reaction. Everyone was mesmorized or something.

Today I got a book on Hulk Hogan from 1985. It says pretty much the same thing WWE.com says about Hogan today. Ridiculous. But interesting, nonetheless.

That’s all for tonight…
